Physical products
Physical TrebleMaker Studio products are produced with a fulfilment partner. Production location, estimated arrival, carrier, packaging, tracking availability, and return eligibility can vary by item and destination. Review the current Etsy listing before purchase.
Digital products
Digital listings do not include a physical item. Etsy provides access to the purchased files according to its digital-download process. Confirm the file types, print ratios, resolution, and licence stated on the product page.
Damage or order questions
Use Etsy Messages and include the order number. For physical damage, clear photographs of the product and packaging may be needed to assess the issue.
